摘要
This paper study the design of the single turn transformer STT of the distributed static series compensators DSSC. The parameters affect the design of the DSSC are studied and combined with one objective function formula to determine the optimal design. By taking into account the required technical performance, the optimization problem aims at the minimization of the system mass and losses and therefore minimization of both of initial and running costs. The finite element method FEM in combined with the genetic algorithm GA is used to develop a technique to obtain the optimal design of the optimal design of DSSC system.
