摘要
Temperature dependence of physical propeties (resistivity, magnetic susceptibility, etc.) of a series of Ni-rich Ti-Ni alloys were studied to make clear the origin of negative temperature dependence of resistivity (NTD). It became clear that (i) the relative resistivity at 20 K (rho(20 K)/rho(350 K)) decreases with increasing Ni content, (ii) NTD is not caused by martensitic transformation or magnetic transition.
