摘要
The transport propertiesof double quantum d(DQD)ot parallelare heoretically examined. This system simulates a mesoscopic ring embedded quantum dot, so-called Aharonov-Bohm (AB) interferornete enlarging the line width in one of the quantum dots We find that: 1 Coulomb peak shows an asymmetric shape of Fano resonance when DQD is coupled to external leads with single conduction channel; 2) becomes more symmetric far the leads h multiple channels; and resonant hape is ha erized by a single parameterhh is deter by the structureo he leads. Our theory ay explain the experimental results n the transport through the AB n erfer e an asymmetric Fan resonance was observed by one group while a symmetric Breit-aligner resonance was observed by the other groups.
