摘要
A new protocol for facilitating shoot-buds regeneration from leaf explants of was established in Jatropha curcas. When the explants were treated with 20 mg/L TDZ solution for 40 min, the best adventitious buds induction (75.67%) and average number of multiple shoots per explant (6.37) were yielded successfully by 30 days of culture on phytohormone-free MS medium. Regeneration effect was also affected by the explants orientation (abaxial or adaxial) on the medium. Addition of 0.4 mg/L GA(3)into the elongation medium was to the benefit of the shoot-buds elongation and the best elongation results (1.79 cm) was gained definitively. After rooting and acclimatization, an integrated plantlet could be obtained in 65 days of culture generally by application of the well-designed cultivate method in the present study.
