摘要
The paper aims to expound situation of graduates in the labour market of the Euroregion Nisa from the perspective of graduates and employers. Mainly it is focused on graduates of the Faculty of Economics, Technical university of Liberec. It compares perspectives of companies and graduates as potential employees in the region. In the empirical part it analyses mainly the Czech part of the region and evaluates primary data from university graduates and employers gained in the years 2015 and 2016. Results presented in the paper point out dissimilarity of generation Y as candidates and employees and indicate that it is necessary to interact needs of employers and graduates for improvement of employability of graduates and the labour market balance in the region.
