摘要：

Attention of the author is concentrated on the justification by Friedrich Nietzsche and Lev Shestov of the principle of non-vengeance, denial of spirit of revenge (der Geist der Rache). Approaches to the solution of this task were different for two thinkers: Nietzsche's answer was his idea of eternal recurrence, Shestov's solution was connected with the Bible eschatological myth of "annulment of past evil". The author analyzes the evolution of the vision of the problem of non-vengeance by Nietzsche and Shestov in the context of the key events of their private life.
