摘要
Internet of Things (IoT) healthcare system, also known as Medical IoT, plays an increasingly important role in improving the health, safety and care of billions of people after it appears. Rather than going to the hospital for help, the health parameters of patients can be monitored remotely, continuously and in real time, then processed and transferred to medical data centers, such as cloud storage, which significantly increases the convenience, efficiency and cost-effectiveness of healthcare. The volume of data handled by Medical IoT devices increases exponentially, leading to increase explosion of sensitive data. The security and privacy of data collected from Medical IoT devices, either during transmission to a cloud or during cloud storage, are major unresolved issues. This paper emphasises on the data security requirements related to data flow in Medical IoT. This paper proposes a secure architecture for IoT healthcare system to ensure data security at all the layers of data flow.
