Investigation on resins of the CTP thermal cross-linking plate

摘要
Resole and novolak are the coating resins of the CTP thermal cross-linking plate. Their characteritics can directly determine the sensitivity of the plate. In this paper, these resins have been investigated, and our experiment results show that when the novolak's molecular weight is about 5000, the sensitivity and the quality of the plate are the best. Meanwhile, the optimal conditions of synthesizing resole resins have been obtained, and more experiments have been attempted to improve the sensitivity of the plate by altering the proportion between these two resins.
