摘要
The rising digital publishing industry highlights the current problems of digital copyright protection, such as "difficult to confirm rights, difficult to make profits and difficult to protect rights". Admittedly, block chain technology integrates several core technical advantages and has been gradually put into practice in finance, notarization, voting and other fields. However in fact, block chain still has many technical problems which need to be further solved. In this paper, block chain technology and smart contract are introduced into the digital works copyright management. The copyright information storage protocol of this model is based on block chain, which ensures that copyright information can not be tampered falsified. Copyright control agreement based on smart contract, automatic execution and non-interference mechanism ensure the efficient and transparent operation of the model. This model provides copyright registration and copyright query for digital works on the Internet.
