We describe the usefulness of three-dimensional transthoracic echocardiography (3D TTE) in the assessment of bicuspid aortic valve morphology in an adult patient with no stenosis but severe aortic regurgitation. (ECHOCARDIOGRAPHY, Volume 26, April 2009).
