摘要
The impacts of electronic commerce on enterprises are a fact that corporate managers cannot bypass. From the viewpoint of dialectics, the thesis analyzes both its opportunities and the challenges. It points out that, though positive affections of EC on enterprises are irreversible, it is unwise and infeasible to develop EC without considering particular corporate conditions because EC will also enlarge managerial width and increase control risks.
