摘要
The circumstances of the coronavirus pandemic have led in Colombia to the limitation of some fundamental rights (free movement, free development of personality, right of assembly, right to work, etc.). Among them religious freedom stands out, in the manifestations that most directly imply the meeting or contact between people. This is the case of the celebration of ceremonies, meetings with religious motives, pilgrimages, collective acts of worship, etc. The work briefly describes, firstly, the most important elements of Colombian legislation and jurisprudence on the limits of religious freedom. Secondly, the specific limitations that this right has suffered in the months of confinement of the population, and its evolution to the current situation. Finally, some considerations on specific issues that have been raised on the occasion of the measures taken by the Colombian government.
