摘要
In the context of governance that seeks new ways to guide the revitalization strategies of deindustrialized cities and neighborhoods with sustainability criteria, action on industrial heritage as a resource and potential factor of resilience cannot be ignored. As an objective we will start from its characterization and reuse to specify, in the empirical field, an approach to the analysis of experiences at different scales (Bombs Gens in Valencia and silos rehabilitated and operated in Spain). The methodology will be mixed deductive-inductive, based on the available bibliographic review, urban documentation, official statistics and field work. The expected results will allow to deepen the knowledge of the territorial strategies that generate resilience solutions, as well as the capacity of rehabilitations and interventions on industrial heritage in deindustrialized areas, demonstrating the effectiveness of good practices as a success option in relation to sustainable development goals (SDGs).
