摘要
Based on the summary and analysis of existing dynamic belt weighing system, the paper proposes the design that increases the dynamic belt weighing system's measuring accuracy, real-timing and the stability from three aspects of the system structure, the measurement model and the weighing sensor conversion accuracy. Details are described about mathematics measurement model, the over architecture, the data quantification process as well as the flow chart of the software realization of which is one kind of MSC dynamic belt weighing system based on the separation structure.
