摘要
Aristotle is one of the most important philosophers who continue to influence the intellectual field from ancient times to the present day. His philosophical paradigm in the fields of metaphysics, physics, morals, politics, etc. has shed light on many philosophers, as well as many philosophical schools have established their arguments based on his views. At the highest of the Aristotelian philosophy is the theology (first philosophy), qualified as divine science / first philosophy which explores the first principles and causes. Aristotle has put forth that there is a Prime Mover Principle at the top of all beings, especially in Metaphysics. In this regard, it is understood that the movement in beings originated from the Prime Mover and that there are no other unmoved principles other than the Prime Mover. However, Aristotle emphasized unmoved principles/ousias especially in Metaphysics and generally in his other works, besides the Prime Mover. This point shows that the subject has a complex structure in Aristotle's philosophy. This article addresses the onennes and multiplicity of the Unmoved Mover(s) in Aristotle philosophy in detail within the framework of the arguments in Metaphysics.
