摘要
Optical properties of a chalcopyrite semiconductor AgInSe2 have been studied by optical absorption, spectroscopic ellipsometry (SE), and thermoreflectance (TR) measurements. The measurements reveal distinct structures at energies of the critical points in the Brillouin zone. By performing the band-structure calculation, these critical points have been successfully assigned to specific points in the Brillouin zone. (c) 2006 WILEY-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. KGaA, Weinheim.
