摘要
Traditional transaction management systems are built around the concepts of isolation of transactions and serialization of transaction schedules. Concurrent engineering is based on the concepts of cooperation between transactions and coordination between their effects. In this paper, we propose a transaction management model for concurrent engineering. In this model, the mission of transaction management is not to enforce the invariance of integrity constraints. Its mission is to assess and document the compliance of partial designs with their associated requirements.
