The microbridges formed in thin epitaxial YBa2Cu3O7-x films were investigated. The characterictics of the microbridges exhibited subharmonic gap structures corresponding to large (2 Delta(1) = 49 meV) and small (2 Delta(2) = 10.3 meV) components of the energy gap at T = 4.2 K. The appearance of the subharmonic gap structures is attributed to the phenomenon of Andreev reflection.
