摘要：
Temperature dependences of the Hall coefficient R, electrical conductivity sigma, and thermopower alpha(0) are investigated in the range of 4-300 K. The specific features observed in temperature dependences R(T), sigma(T), and alpha(0)(T) are interpreted in the context of a model with two types of charge carriers.
