摘要
Monitoring of working status for large-scale instruments or equipment is of great concern (Zhang et al. 2007; Chen 2009), and establishment of such system is helpful to reduce manual intervention and ensure the proper functioning of the instruments. We have introduced the embedded technique for monitoring method and realized a new online monitoring system for large equipment.
