摘要
High-speed automaton fault signal data for the study, was used to calculate and analyze the mathematical morphology generalized fractal dimension, in this paper. By calculating the fractal dimension of the vibration response data of normal state and different fault state, to prove the generalized fractal dimension for the signal plus noise before and after have a better discrimination. Results shows that by using the method of generalized fractal dimension of mathematical morphology, the method can accurately and quickly determine the failure diagnosis of an automaton. In this paper, the generalized fractal dimension analysis method of mathematical morphology is applied to the high speed automatic fault diagnosis and the feasibility of the method is demonstrated.
