摘要
Food safety is being threatened by disguising the food production area. There is a need for a food supply chain system that can prove food safety and food brand. We examined the feasibility of a traceable food supply chain through experiments. We investigated the feasibility of a traceable food supply chain through experiments. We aimed to construct a system by which Blockchain technology can realize a highly reliable data management system even without a third party agency. We invent "Proof of Proof" (PoP) concept which is a security-enhanced Block chain technology concept based on the cooperation of multiple Blockchains. In this research, the data integrity of private type Blockchains was secured by mutual cooperation of plural Blockchains. By using our PoP, We developed a sufficiently fast Blockchain system that can prove food safety and food brand. In the future, we are convinced that it is possible to realize the next generation food supply chain that can prove food safety and food brand on an automated farm.
