Under the background that the source of scientific research funding is increasing and the channels are diversified, funding management for scientific research, standardization, rationalization of management become more significant. In this paper, various factors affecting the financial management of the research study by fishbone diagram, and elaborate measures to be taken in the future, in order to strengthen the management of research funding of universities, improve the university autonomy, enhance efficiency of funding research.
