摘要:
We synthesized the 13C-labeled peptides with the sequences (AAG)n1 or (AG)n2 in both N- and C-terminal parts and the cell-adhesive sequence, ASTGRGDSPAAS in the central part in order to obtain basic information to design the cell-adhesive silk-like proteins. The 13C CP/MAS NMR was used to characterize these structures in the solid states. One of the possible structures was shown. © 2009 The Society of Polymer Science.
