摘要
To verify the reliability and accuracy of judging the opportune moment of DPF regeneration based on pressure drop with China-VI post processing system, the soot loading process and the pressure drop characteristics experimental study are carried out. Then a new soot loading estimation scheme is proposed, in which the accurate prediction is determined by staged linear relationship between DPF pressure drop and soot loading. The results shows that the prediction soot mass match well with the actual weighing result in steady process and in the road map cycle test, despite the fluctuation the dispersion is within the range of +/- 0.3g/L, though being affected by the instability of pressure drop in transient process and the low pressure drop discrimination of different soot load under low exhaust flow conditions.
