摘要
Apparent and true ileal digestibility of crude protein and amino acids was determined for grains (2), yeasts, meat-bone meal, whey powder and feeds from soya (4) in pigs with ileo-cecal bridges. The calculated coefficients of apparent and true digestibility show a good agreement with tabular data on comparable feeds published until now. Digestibilities of soybean meal (39% of crude protein) and yeasts produced on nutrients from wood substance provide new values. Metabolic losses of crude protein and amino acids at the end of ileum were determined in special trials with nitrogen-free diet. These losses are shown as the average value of six animals in mg per 100 g of dry matter uptake.
