摘要：

It is important to establish a high-quality basic education faculty for improvement of basic education quality and primary and secondary schools shall create faculty with noble teacher's professional ethics, superb business, reasonable structure and sufficient energy. Teaching of good teachers shall not be limited to traditional teaching method, and restricted to knowledge teaching and only pursue high score in tests, but shall focus on core quality cultivation of students, develop intelligence and potential of students and cultivate students to modern Chinese with healthy body, creative ability, service spirit, cooperation attitude and world perspective. Core teaching qualities of goods teachers in primary and secondary schools include: teaching can guide students to cultivate good ethics; teaching can inspire wide reading interest of students; teaching shall respect right of freedom and option of students teaching; teaching can embody endless pursuit to democracy and equality.
