摘要
In this paper, three dimensional finite element method is employed to study the effects of characteristics of particle and interphase on the deformation behaviour of particle reinforced metal matrix composite in the framework of micromechanics. Cubic and body centred cubic unit cell models are considered to discuss the effects of the size and distribution of particle and the stiffness and thickness of particle/matrix interphase.
