摘要：

Complication of construction activities demands more intelligent managers and more effective construction management teams. In this paper, through definition of sub-intelligences and establishment of their simulation equations, we present an intelligence model, by which human resource management in construction field can be improved. Besides, some useful suggestions are given for managers in construction field.
