摘要
Flexible quality inspection systems are required to maintain the manufacturing quality in small batch production. A multi-sensor inspection system fulfilling these needs is presented on the basis of a demonstrator. This system consists of multiple optical sensors and a precision actuation system controlled by a measurement control program and sophisticated position control systems. In an example showcase it is used to detect surface imperfections on small objects like gear wheels.
