摘要：

With the progress of the times and social development, the enterprise demand for engineering cost talent increases while requirements are also getting higher and higher, which bring new opportunities and challenges for personnel training mode of engineering cost specialty. Based on the current situation of project cost industry and the problems of engineering cost specialty in high professional colleges, the new personnel training mode is explored combining with achievements and practical experience of Sichuan College of Architectural Technology.
