摘要：

Let F be a field of characteristic not 2 and T-n (F) the set of all nxn upper triangular matrices. A pair of matrices A and B are called rank commutative if rank(AB) = rank(BA). In this paper, surjective additive maps on T-n (F) preserving rank commutativity in both directions are characterized.
