Complexation of roxatidine acetate hydrochloride with β-cyclodextrin:: NMR spectroscopic study

摘要：
A NMR spectroscopic study of mixtures of varying ratios of roxatidine acetate hydrochloride (RAH) and beta-cyclodextrin (P-CD) in D2O revealed the formation of a 1 : 1 inclusion compound. The aromatic ring of RAH selectively penetrates the beta-CD cavity in preference to the piperidine ring.
