摘要
Experimental investigations of electroluminescence spectra for new azaacene derivative have been performed. Azaacene was used as dopant in PVK matrices in electroluminescence devices with ITO/PEDOT:PSS/active layer/Ca/Al light-emitting diode configuration. The yellow emission was obtained with the electroluminance of 1530 cd/m(2) at 15.0V. (C) 2014 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
