摘要
A miniaturized multilayer lumped element bandpass filter (BPF) based on 10-layer low temperature co-fired ceramic (LTCC) with a center-frequency of 48 MHz is proposed. To realize circuit miniaturization, high-Q spiral inductors and vertically-interdigital-capacitors (VICs) are used in this BPF. The overall size of the proposed BPF is only 16 mm x 16 mm. Moreover, the BPF achieved a wideband fractional bandwidth (FBW) of 31%. Discussion is implemented as well. This is of great significance for very-high-frequency (VHF) communication applications.
