摘要
Two new current mode single resistance controlled oscillator (CMSRCO) circuits are presented. Furthermore, it is demonstrated that the recently introduced fully differential current conveyor (FDCCII) is a versatile active element for realising CM-SRCOs. simulation results with a 0.5 mum CMOS realisation of the FDCCII are included, validating the theoretical analysis.
