摘要
With the rapid development of information technology and constant deepening of college educational reform, the competition in social market becomes severer and the society and people pay more attention to teachers' professional development. To promote teachers' professional development in such a situation, besides teachers' constant endeavors, various mechanisms, policies and systems established by colleges and universities are also required for guarantee. The author will study and analyze college teachers' professional development path from the perspective of teaching.
