摘要:
Highly efficient top-emitting green, yellow and white OLED micro-displays were developed using a highly reflective anode patterned over active matrix single crystal silicon. Single and dual emission layer devices were fabricated using high Tg materials. High efficiency color micro displays were fabricated using monochrome white OLED and color filters directly patterned over a thin film encapsulation. These developments are aimed at a wide spectrum of near to-the-eye micro display applications including military, medical, industrial and consumer [1].
