Storage of methane on wet activated carbon: influence of pore size distribution

摘要
The dependence of the storage capacity on the pore size distribution of activated carbon was discussed. The maximization of the storage capacity of activated carbon by testing different activated carbon with the wet storage method was also discussed. The activated carbon samples, JX-406, AX-21 and BY-1 were characterized based on the adsorption isotherm of CO2 at 273 K. It was concluded that the pore size distribution of the activated carbons affected the storage capacity of carbons for the wet storage method.
