摘要：
To enhance innovation capability and effects of scientific and technological enterprises, from the open collaborative innovation perspective, this article started from product innovation process, analyzed innovative content about technology companies in the fuzzy front end, new product development and commercialization phases. It illustrates that innovation about technological enterprises is a collaborative innovation model of embedded, embedded-out and two-way open. It needs for multiple subjects collaboration at all levels. It can effectively achieve a complete innovation process. By combining with Stage-Gate, TRIZ, QFD, 6s to build an open collaborative innovation process model, it has a guiding role for technological innovation of enterprises.
