摘要：

This paper analyzes and reflects on the responses to a satisfaction survey after a frame of operational psychoanalytic group psychotherapy. The importance attached to the therapeutic relationship is analyzed, taking as reference a factorial model on the group relationship. Based on data analyzed, it is concluded that patients evoke aspects related to the therapeutic relationship when they fill a satisfaction survey after a setting of group psychotherapy, which indicates its importance in the balance they make of group psychotherapy. In addition, factors included in the model on the therapeutic relationship (positive bonding relationship, positive working relationship and negative relationship) emerge in the survey.
