摘要：
A novel minor metabolite 1 with an unprecedented skeleton was isolated from the needles of Tuxus canadensis. A biogenesis from taxinine an abundant taxane is proposed. This is the first example of a taxane with a 6/6/8/6-membered ring skeleton. (C) 2002 Elsevier Science Ltd. All rights reserved.
