摘要:
Base on the electronic beam can generate high harmonic signal after modulated by electromagnetic wave, a novel high output power terahertz source has been designed-The terahertz high harmonic traveling wave tube. Simulation result shows the device cover bandwidth of 338GHz-350GHz with power around 100mW when the input signal is from 84.5GHz to 87.5GHz with power around 100mW.
