摘要：

The aim of this paper is to introduce the concept of a twisted Hopf algebra, and then to discuss some properties and to give some constructions of twisted Hopf algebras. Such a twisted Hopf algebra turns out to rise naturally, for example, the positive part U+ of a quantized enveloping algebra U, and the Ringel-Hall algebras.
