摘要
Heat insulation material plays an important role in the spacecrafts design,because it is one of the key components that ensures normal flight of the vehicle under extreme heat environments.Porous materials have light weight, heat conductivity of gaseous substances within the pores are much smaller than their solid constituents,whence substantiated them as the best choice for the spacecraft's insulations. Silica Aerogel is one of the extreme light materials of today although there are lighter metallicnanotube netpore structured materials being developed(1),but for heat insulations silica aerogel shuald still be one of the best choices.This paper is a continuation of the auther's previous paper(2) on this subject;by experimenting with actual silica aerogel specimens in accordance with theoretical calculations it is intended to examine their correlations.
