摘要：

With the rapid economic and social development, the idea of contemporary college students also gets changed significantly. In order to be better adapt to this change and ensure the quality and quantity of new-era ideological and political education, relevant faculties in various colleges and universities need to use the new vision and thinking to examine the current ideological and political education, and to establish a working mechanism which can fit the characteristics of undergraduates and adapt to new-era ideological and political work. Only in this way can the ideological and political education be well carried out and the personalities of undergraduates developed on the basis of satisfying their spiritual demand.
