摘要
A procedure was developed for the synthesis of substituted 2-amino-4,6-bis(nonafluoro-tert-butyl)-1,3,5-triazines from 2-chloro-4,6-bis(nonafluoro-tert-butyl)-1,3,5-triazine and aliphatic and aromatic amines. The data of F-19 NMR spectroscopy are indicative of the presence of a barrier to internal rotation.
