摘要
We study the electrochemical deposition of nickel in dimethylformamide and dimethylsulfoxide solutions and the influence of the concentration of nickel chloride in solutions and temperature on the character of cathodic and anodic polarization curves and the nature of cathode deposits. The conditions of electrolysis characterized by the precipitation of compact films, dendritic deposits, and highly dispersed powders are established. It is also shown that the deposited nickel coatings are highly stressed and readily suffer cracking.
