Optical Character of Barium Titanate Based Thin Films around the Phase Transition

摘要
The 0.5BaZr(0.2)Ti(0.8)O(3)-0.5Ba(0.7)Ca(0.3)TiO(3) (BCZT50) thin films have been prepared on platinized silicon substrates by spin coating and turned out to be ferroelectrics at room temperature. The spectroscopic ellipsometry parameters are accurately simulated by a three-layer model with a Tauc-Lorentz oscillator formula. The calculated temperature-dependent refractive index is intensively investigated. It shows organized variation and a refractive peak explicitly, indicating a significant reference in ferroelectric optics device fabrication.
