摘要：

This paper analyses the network plan's critical work procedure, the factors of time, the parallel flow and every kind of time parameters etc., according to different car type of Examination and Repair for Railway Passenger Cars(ERRPC). It sets up the computer models for network plan to increase the working efficiency and management level of ERRPC.
